Wolves vs Baggies: Will There be a Black Country Derby in 2014/15?

With Wolverhampton Wanderers currently sitting in an automatic promotion spot in League One, and West Bromwich Albion beginning to flirt with the bottom three of the Premier League, the talk of the most important game to our two historic clubs has begun to to do the rounds more and more frequently recently…

But the question is, with 3 months left of the season,
Do you think there will be a Black Country Derby in the 2014/15 season?

    1. Not necessarily - I voted no because, as much as I dislike the sh*t, I am a realist and believe that they will scrape up enough points to avoid the drop. Hopefully I am wrong as I would love us to kick their ass next season when we are in the Chumpionship.

  2. No. Wolverhampton is not in the Black Country so how can Wolves take part in a Black Country derby?

    1. The Black Country can be roughly defined as encompassing the three Metropolitan Boroughs of Dudley, Sandwell and Walsall and the southern parts of the city of Wolverhampton, historically divided between the counties of Staffordshire and Worcestershire. It does not include Birmingham. So you are wrong - a part of Wolverhampton is in the Black Country. So - Fight fight wherever you may be we are the boys from the black country ..........

  3. No - purely because the Baggies may just scrape out of the mire - sadly.
